Assignment Two - Macro Shots

Both of these macro shots are really bright and colourful and eyecatching. They both really stand out and there is a lot of close up detail in each of them. You can even see little marks on the berries and the petals. However these two images are slightly different, i feel the flower photo stands out a little more than the berry one purely because there is less going on in the background of the flower one, which means the flowers stand out more because there is not really anything to look at behind them.

Assignment Two - Experimenting with Photo Editing

This photo is really vibrant and stands out really clear. The red and the green are really colourful and are eye catching together.  I used many different effects on this photo to get it so colourful and vibrant, for example i used colour selector to really bring out the green and the red.

This photograph is really simple yet eye catching. I turned this photo into sepia and added some shadow and changed the contrast to make it more appealing to the eye. I tried to bring out the tree more against the sky background to make the image more bold and interesting and stand out more.

This photo i have made really colourful and vibrant through adjusting the colour and contrast in photoshop. The colours are really bright and really stand out. They are the same sort of colours as my first photograph yet they they are not as full and bold, the colours in this photograph are more scattered and look more pixelized. This photo captures a lot of detail in the mud and the stones and all the different greenery, its a really interesting and unusual photo.

This photgraph is really up close and shows a lot of detail, i have barely edited this photograph because it was a really good photo in itself. I just emphasized the green a little in the eyes to make them stand out more. The really long eyelashes really makes the photo stand out and viewers are really drawn into the pupil in the middle of the eye. Unlike the other photos, this photo was more of a portrait photograph and was really zoomed and up close. It showed a lot of detail without being edited a lot.
